Returns and Refunds Policy


Applicable to Bora Clothing


1. General: At Bora Clothing, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return a product or request a refund, we offer you a clear and easy-to-follow policy.


2. Conditions for returns:


Products must be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase


Items must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition in which they were received, including the original labels.


It is necessary to present the proof of purchase.


3. Exceptions:


Returns or refunds are not accepted in the following cases:


Items in liquidation ("final sale")


4. Return process:


Contact our customer service team by sending an email to sales@boraclothingcom to start the return process.


You will receive detailed instructions on how to return the product.


The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or has been sent incorrectly.


5. Refunds:


Once we receive and review the returned product, we will notify you if the return has been approved.


Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.


Keep in mind that the original shipping costs are not refundable.


6. Defective or damaged products:


If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.


Bora Clothing will cover the costs of return and reshipment in these cases.


7. Changes:


If you need a size or color change, follow the same return process and indicate in your email that you want an exchange.


Changes are subject to the availability of the requested product.
