Shipping Policy
Applicable to Bora Clothing
1. Shipping options:
National Standard Shipping (United States):
Delivery time: 3 to 7 business days.
National Express Shipping (United States):
Delivery time: 1 to 3 business days.
Standard International Shipping:
Delivery time: 7 to 21 business days depending on the destination country.
Express International Shipping:
Delivery time: 3 to 7 business days depending on the destination country.
2. Times and processing:
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ( Eastern Time) will be processed the same business day.
Orders placed after that time will be processed the next business day.
We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays in the United States.
3. Shipping restrictions:
We ship nationally within all states and territories of the United States.
For international shipments, some countries may have restrictions due to local regulations or limited logistics.
We do not ship to PO boxes (P.O. Boxes) or military addresses (APO/FPO).
4. Order tracking:
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
You can track your order through [tracking link or platform].
5. International taxes and tariffs:
International orders may be subject to taxes, duties or customs fees in the destination country.
Bora Clothing is not responsible for these additional charges. We recommend checking local policies before making your purchase.
6. Problems with delivery:
If your order does not arrive within the estimated time, contact us at sales@boraclothing.com.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (example: weather conditions, strikes, customs delays, etc.).
In the event of an incorrect address provided by the customer, the additional forwarding costs will be borne by the customer.
